It was brought to my attention that in one month a oil change would be needed They asked if I would like that done at the same time as my tires. Don't fix the car just keep having it pay forward to the service department. Please don't just randomly replace parts hoping it will fix the problem. Your front of staff service people seem professional, but why such a disconnect with service? I guess this is why I stopped buying BMW's as your service is just as bad. More
