MINI Vaughan West

I came in for repeat service of the thermostat on my 2011 Mini. I was quite upset that this service was required again only after 3 yrs, however after speaking with Amanda and Andre we were able to settle a Mini. I was quite upset that this service was required again only after 3 yrs, however after speaking with Amanda and Andre we were able to settle a deal that was satisfying and fair. Definitely this dealership has excellent customer service and are concerned for the well being of the vehicles and their owners. Both Amanda and Andre expressed empathy for my situation and showed urgency to make things right. Definitely recommend and will come back to this dealership. More

Had to bring my mini in twice (which should have only taken one visit) but overall pleased with the service at Vaughan location. Service advisor is really good, help me a lot. But the technician are not professional. I leave the car here for four weeks, they can not figure out what’s going on, and finally said that was my fault. I technician are not professional.
