I came in for repeat service of the thermostat on my 2011 Mini. I was quite upset that this service was required again only after 3 yrs, however after speaking with Amanda and Andre we were able to settle a Mini. I was quite upset that this service was required again only after 3 yrs, however after speaking with Amanda and Andre we were able to settle a deal that was satisfying and fair. Definitely this dealership has excellent customer service and are concerned for the well being of the vehicles and their owners. Both Amanda and Andre expressed empathy for my situation and showed urgency to make things right. Definitely recommend and will come back to this dealership. More

Had to bring my mini in twice (which should have only taken one visit) but overall pleased with the service at Vaughan location. If I had to give a rating to the service rep who facilitated the service, taken one visit) but overall pleased with the service at Vaughan location. If I had to give a rating to the service rep who facilitated the service, it would be a 5+++ rating. I dealt with Amanda and she is fantastic. Someone please give her a raise! She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an employee you want to retain and keep happy. My frustration with the second visit was completely subsided because of Amanda. More
Service advisor is really good, help me a lot. But the technician are not professional. I leave the car here for four weeks, they can not figure out what’s going on, and finally said that was my fault. I technician are not professional. I leave the car here for four weeks, they can not figure out what’s going on, and finally said that was my fault. I didn’t do anything to the car, they said I tuned the car before. And also ordered the wrong head unit for letting me waiting for two more weeks. More
