Winter Tire Changeover My new Mini is going to be a Daily Driver so, no surprise, I felt the need to purchase winter tires. Having gone through this before, I had already d My new Mini is going to be a Daily Driver so, no surprise, I felt the need to purchase winter tires. Having gone through this before, I had already decided that I would get a wheel and tire set...just to be safe! I chose to reserve a set from MINI Oakville; thanks to Jeff & Steve for helping me select a set of Dunlop SP Wintersport 205/45R17 88V for my 2019 MCS convertible. Several weeks later the service department did the changeover from summer to winter set. I'm grateful that they also checked and topped up all fluid levels. It's a simple service but I'm thankful for Tara's professionalism and kindness. Bonus: Driving away on these Dunlops didn't take away from any of the Mini's performance! Thanks! More

Excellent Service Best service I have ever received from a service dept. I love that I can drive up to the door and drive right in to the service bay. He told me to wait in line at reception, that’s silly as it was post service pick up and he sits at the service desk....1/10 for interest in customer service. Young man at desk was not with customers. More
