From the salesperson, Karin Germain to the service people, Chris, Tara and the South African service adviser whose name escapes me (sorry), I have received exemplary service. Professional and courteous, they go above and beyond to make sure that my service is excellent. I recently stopped by the dealership without an appointment as I was unable to pair my phone and a lovely young man who sits at the desk as you pull into the service bay area helped me to solve the problem in less than 5 minutes. I love that my car gets cleaned inside and out whenever it goes in for service. I would give 10 stars if I could. More

Budds is losing its integrity! Mini Oakville #disappointed I was led to believe I was going to get a car within a specific amount of time because it was 'here' he said, which also meant at the holding facility I was led to believe I was going to get a car within a specific amount of time because it was 'here' he said, which also meant at the holding facility... that takes days to arrive and then only a few hours needed at the dealership... blah blah blah... and because I thought I liked him, I took his deal even though another location's deal was better.. and also because I thought getting it from Budd's meant something... and then the sales guy just goes MIA, and is also at the auto show and knows they are offering $500 discounts and doesn't even tell me about it... and what else? Um, the business manager was black and white and straight forward and made things happen, but it was too late... empty promises, lies and just lame salesmanship, even just sad at a human level that people are so fake. I am happy that I didn't give them my business and I never will at Budds. My letter to them is coming soon. More

Today it is my turn to look after my 4 month old baby, so I decided to take the car in, while I am at home for the day. I live in Stoney Creek. Takes me 15-20 minutes to get to Mini Oakville. I was told that the shuttle will drop me off at Aldershot GO. Alternatively, I can rent a car for $39/day. In other words, bring us your business, but if you are in a bind trying to be parent, you are s#@t out of luck. Asked to speak to manager, hoping that if I explained my situation, they would figure out a way to help. Not only did not offer any sort of help, but ended having the gull to tell me "I cannot inconvenience my drivers and other customer just to get you home". So parents, taking care of their kids is an inconvenience now. Anyone in this industry that has that kind of mindset, deserves to have their business fail. I am now going all the way to downtown Toronto to service my car. They were way nicer, and accommodating. More
The New MINI Oakville is the best! I have been a customer of MINI Oakville for almost a decade and have had my ups and downs but in the last year or so since their move away from BMW, t I have been a customer of MINI Oakville for almost a decade and have had my ups and downs but in the last year or so since their move away from BMW, they have really gotten their act together and have been providing exceptional service! The new Service Manager, Tara, is so professional and she always keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle. The new General Sales Manager, Ryan, has been awesome too! Over the last year he has happily helped me with all of my questions about my new MINI. This is my second MINI purchased from Oakville MINI! More

AMAZING MINI, AMAZING SERVICE! I purchased my mini Cooper last year from Mini Oakville. I dealt with Sales rep Karin Germain who was professional and ensured that my needs were met. I purchased my mini Cooper last year from Mini Oakville. I dealt with Sales rep Karin Germain who was professional and ensured that my needs were met. The vehicle has not only been an amazing ride but also very reliable. I have been in for 2 oil changes so far and both times my service experience has been wonderful. I was able to get an apt quickly, dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was ready for me in about an hour and a half(this is with a wash and vacuum as well). Everyone was very friendly and professional. Tara went through my service invoice with me and answered all of my questions I had. They also offer you a courtesy shuttle or loaner vehicle if you don't wish to wait. I will continue to buy and service at this dealership!! GO MINI!!! More
Condescending, rude, and unprofessional I was ready to purchase a new Mini but during the process she began to threaten me, saying I was not serious about it because I would not sign the con I was ready to purchase a new Mini but during the process she began to threaten me, saying I was not serious about it because I would not sign the contract right away! She was forcing me to give her my credit card and sign a contract just to make an offer. That is a very basic scam tactic. Extremely rude. I went to another Mini dealership (Vaughan) and bought a brand new Mini the next day. Glad I did not give them my business. I do NOT recommend this dealership. More
$600 unnecessary repair Vehicle brought in after accident. Service department claimed that water pump was leaking and quoted $600+ for repair. Vehicle brought to another MINI dealer that pressure tested cooling system and found no leaks. this occurred in Feb 2016. Matter was brought up with MINI Canada who refused to deal with it. Last contact with dealership was in Feb 2016 when Service Manager wanted me to bring the car in to have it reinspected. I pointed out that the car had been reinspected already at another MINI dealership. Nothing heard since. It is November 2016 now and no issues with the water pump. More
