The adviser let me know what was left on the warranty and no charge scheduled maintenance. My Countryman was returned washed and floor mats cleaned which was really nice after a recent winter storm. Not only did they squeeze me in to investigate the matter, but they offered multiple options to fix the problem which were appreciated including an offer to recharge the batter. Booked my appointment on-line (love that) and when I arrived for my appointment I was immediately greeted and escorted to service advisor. From there, I waited for my car in the full comfort of a massage chair with complimentary coffee and muffins. My car was returned freshly washed and even my dirty floor mats were washed off! I found everyone to be friendly and attentive and the dealership itself is really nice! Great job! More
