He should see if Londonderry could make his dream come true. Lyle worked him and made that dream come true More

GREAT PURCHASE, GREAT SERVICE I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. I was leery about dealerships because of the experiences that I had in Lacombe. This dealershi I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. I was leery about dealerships because of the experiences that I had in Lacombe. This dealership was so totally different. Firstly, I met Jordan Wade, a salesman. I had a few issues with the car that I liked and explained what I expected. Jordan was most accommodating; as was used car manager Peter Small and his partner Andrew Quinones and Financial Director Justin Broyles. These folks worked closely together to address my concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and they did not fail. I have never been treated as well as I was at Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I am grateful that I dealt with these folks and thank them from the bottom of my heart for their concerted efforts. Well Done gentlemen!! and thank you so very much. More
High pressure sales, zero professionalism. I spent over 6 hours at Londonderry dodge with a friend who was looking for a new truck - everything was off to a great start, she was told she could I spent over 6 hours at Londonderry dodge with a friend who was looking for a new truck - everything was off to a great start, she was told she could get the truck she wanted within her biweekly budget - great! the issues started with the deposit they insisted she had to put down to show that she is a "serious buyer" (complete bs, if you aren't serious, you don't spend hours with a car salesman). They asked her what they needed to do to get her into the truck and this is what she asked for: - biweekly payments at or below $400 - a 72 month term (84 months being acceptable if necessary) - the above to include rust protection package, tonneau cover, and undercoating She put down the deposit - the salesman comes back from speaking with his manager and says he can do $430 biweekly over 84 months with everything inclided- awesome! Once she agreed to the terms, the dealership began the approval process and what a surprise - the payments were now going to be $75 more per biweekly payment because the salesman punched in a lower rate than what she was approved for. They told her this is the best they could do, and when she expressed that the truck was now out of her budget the pressure tactics started. The salesman and manager offered to buy us lunch (lunch was great, but of course it was never paid for because we didn't buy their overpriced truck) the manager and financial rep "pulled strings" to lower the interest rate (how nice of them) and finally got her to a point where she was still way over her budget. the manager offered her $1500 cash back (which would only be added to the loan - again how nice of them) so she could use it for insurance and lower her monthly costs for the year (awesome, what about the other 6 years of the term?). after stating she was nervous and uncomfortable and wanted to think about it over night the manager told her flat out the $1500 (which she would be paying back with the loan anyway) would be off the table completely if she didn't sign the same day. This is a 50 year old man pushing a 20-something year old woman to almost the point of tears - OVER A TRUCK SALE. I can't explain how happy I am that we left without buying the truck, Londonderry Dodge should be ashamed of the way they treat potential customers - pressure tactics are shady business, period. Bonus points: we went to another dealership after leaving Londonderry Dodge and my friend signed for a truck (one year newer with 10,000 less km for a lower price) and had all the paperwork done within two hours. The next day when she notified the manager at Londonderry that she found a truck elsewhere, he continued to pressure her via text offering to throw in "extras" if she came back and assuring her that no one could beat his offer. It got to the point that my friend had to tell the manager that she would be looking into harassment charges if he didn't stop texting her. Unless you like being pressured into paying too much for the vehicle you want, don't bother with Londonderry Dodge. I've never had such an awful experience at a dealership - these guys are 100% the high pressure stereotype slime-ball salesmen that people hate. Avoid at all costs. More
Don't waste your time! I went in with a price that was lower and andrew the from financing fought with me on the price and just constantly trying to push me to buy the truck I went in with a price that was lower and andrew the from financing fought with me on the price and just constantly trying to push me to buy the truck. after saying no, it was easy for him to tell me I wasted his time and his associate when I was the one waiting half an hour to just see the truck. I guarantee you, you will make the best decision by not coming to this dealership. if he just gave me a day to think about the numbers I would've gotten the truck but two weeks later its still there when he told me it would be gone the next day. worst dealership in the country. Terrible Service - Damaged my vehicle with no accountability I brought my vehicle in for oil change at this dealership. Service staff were polite and nice but I'm so appalled by the service on my vehicle. Came i I brought my vehicle in for oil change at this dealership. Service staff were polite and nice but I'm so appalled by the service on my vehicle. Came in for oily change and general check up on my vehicle. General check indicated noise and also I was advised a part needed to be changed. I said okay and booked a next appointment for a different day as they had to order the parts. I got a phone call the part had arrived so to bring my vehicle in. I booked another appointment and took my vehicle in. End of that day when I went to pick it up i was advised all parts did not arrive so I needed a 3rd appointment. My 1st question is that why phone me to bring my vehicle in when all the parts did not arrive? They apologised for the inconveniences. I dropped my vehicle a 3rd time at 9am when the part arrived. No follow up at all with me till around 4pm that day. Service lady phoned me and said "the noise is still present so can we keep your vehicle till next morning for more testing?" HOW?? I told her no as I work with my vehicle so I needed it for the next day. I went in for my vehicle around 5:45pm and I was advised there was no invoice for me so it would be emailed to me. Invoice was never emailed for over a week. I contacted service manager Camille. He then got service rep to email the invoice to me but Camille never phoned me to fix all these terrible customer service issues. Terrible manager!!! Pretty much the last email I received from him was that he can't prove what I'm saying. What nonsense, check the 3 appointments and ask your staff for details and be accountable for your actions and lack of professionalism. I have 4 vehicles from dodge and always serviced my vehicle in the west end with zero issues till I moved to the north side and decided to use Londonderry dodge all because of proximity to home. I need a call from Camille's manager or owner of this dealership because ive contacted my lawyer. Lady on the phone told me noise was not eliminated but invoice says it was eliminated. Contradictions all through out as when I took my vehicle in i dont recall any noise but now I have extremely loud noise from my vehicle when I start it in extreme temperatures. I'm very unhappy and dissapointed!! Terrible service and will tell every around me about this experiemce and send this review to dodge as well. More

Which we will be coming back after Christmas to purchase a second vehicle ! Shawn in finance your truly a miracle worker and saved us so much money today and in our future.
