It was not as straight forward as it may sound as th We traded in our 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport recently, and upgraded to the Jeep Wrangler JL 2 door! It was not as straight forward as it may sound as the trade in involved finding a new back seat for the 2016 (original one was previously sold), a deal for new tires needed to be made as the upgraded ones we purchased for the 2016 wouldn’t fit on the JL. However, they worked with us to make sure that we were completely happy with our purchase! Would definitely recommend Londonderry if you’re in the market for a new or used Jeep! Will never go back to this dealership!!!! Traded my car, left a cigarette vap i had just purchased and couple other things in it, I asked the manager about it and nothing was done! I didn't get anything back! 😡 Obviously they have detailers to clean car out so someone pocketed the vap and other things. Everyone was nice until I signed papers then of coarse all turned to "xxxxx". The sales guy, finance guy and manager all said things like you get cash back which was a lie, manager said you wont have to pay 1st payment for a month to 3 months which was a lie, so yeah their a bunch of xx-ers!! They'll say anything until you sign the papers then they don't give a xxxx! Oh yeah and the finance guy "gesus" he is rude! He rushes you and tries to get you out of his office ASAP. All young guys working there now, I got my first car from there and it was older guys, thats why I went back but I will not go back there again, I'll take my buisness else where!! More

Opportunities to improve (my personal view): - explain better about the $500 deposit - better checks on documentation presented to customer (pricing history was a wrong list initially, CarProof report not to be rushed and must be left with the customer (I did not get a copy), same with inspection list (I did not get a copy). Possibly the agent or manager go over all documents to be given to customer (a checklist is useful) - business cards should be a must from all dealer staff involved More

Lies! I went to go get my oil change and tire rotation done on my 2016 Chrysler 200S. I usually go to Capital Jeep (where I bought the vehicle) but I didn't I went to go get my oil change and tire rotation done on my 2016 Chrysler 200S. I usually go to Capital Jeep (where I bought the vehicle) but I didn't want to drive all the way to the south side. I should also mention there services were 'free' as I had bought a package which included a set number of oil changes and a set number of rotations. In addition, I have a nail in my back passenger side tire which has created a slow leak so that tire is lower than the rest. Normally, the dealership will check the pressures and fill them up accordingly. I decided to check the tire pressures a few days later after I had the oil change/rotation done. I noticed that the back passenger side tire was still low so I parked and checked - the tire with the nail in it was still in the same spot it was prior to the rotation - BUT i was charged for a rotation. They even mentioned they checked my brake pads and they looked fine (6mm left they said). Now I'm seriously doubting they even checked the brake pads because they had the nerve to tell me a rotation was done when it obviously wasn't. Luckily I checked my oil and they had changed that. I will not be back for service at Londonderry again and will continue to the 30min to the southside to Capital Jeep because at least I know when they say they did a tire rotation that it's the truth!
