In my opinion and with my experience this dealership I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to take their business here. I bought a new truck from Londonderry over a year ago and since DAY 1 I have nothin personally wouldn't recommend anyone to take their business here. I bought a new truck from Londonderry over a year ago and since DAY 1 I have nothing but problems with it. I call them to have everything corrected and was told to bring the truck in so they can run their tests and get the parts required, fast forward to today the truck still has the same issues from day one and not one xxxxing person is actually willing to do a xxxxing thing to fix a vehicle that shouldn't have problems to begin with... To make matters worse they gave me an opportunity to trade the truck in but I was going to have to cover the huge negative equity on a truck that I shouldn't even have to trade in to begin with and the idiot sales manager comes to me with and offer of $1100.00 a month on a new truck to get me out of the headache that I am unfortunately still in.. myself, my family and even a few friends of mine have all pulled our business out of this establishment based off the fact of their unprofessionalism.. definitely be VERY AWARE and VERY CAUTIOUS before taking your business here More

Wow what a surreal experience I have had at Londonderry Dodge Edmonton, after another dealer failed to meet their promises of delivering our new Durango which would have resulted in us being delayed in tra Dodge Edmonton, after another dealer failed to meet their promises of delivering our new Durango which would have resulted in us being delayed in travelling back home to Fort McMurray as planned by a few days. As a last resort to try and rekindle our relationship I thought I would call the original dealership, with that being said I called the wrong Dealership and spoke to Justin (New Cars Sales Manager) who listened intently and said come over to our Dealership and we will make this rite. For the record Londonderry closes at 6pm, we arrived at approximately 6:15PM! Upon Arrival we were met by an energetic & friendly Salesman Brayden who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, did not appear to be in a hurry when answering our questions, he already had a Durango ready for test drive and overview, unfortunately the first vehicle did not meet our needs but the second did. The process was seamless and efficient, the entire team worked seamlessly to ensure we were comfortable and happy along the way. We left Londonderry as planned with our new Durango and a strong belief that good service does still exist. We were in our new vehicle within 90 minutes.
