Telluride Repair-Honestly our last service was awful. We stated from the beginning that we thought it was a rear wheel bearing. At no time did we suggest it was the differential as stated on our invoice. We brought the car in for a noise in the rear. It was diagnosed as a front bearing and no parts on site. An appointment was booked after the parts came in. When we brought it in I asked if all of the wheels were tested because we thought the noise was in the rear and was assured they were. The RF wheel bearing was replaced and we were warned that a sensor wire was broken but the car was safe to drive, and a new sensor had been ordered. We were sent on our way only to find that not only was the sensor broken but there was no power steering and the noise was still there. We returned the car immediately. Definitely not safe to drive! This was after a test drive? The sensor was repaired and the car returned to us and we were told it was the differential. No parts on site so we had to wait again. The parts came in on April 23 and the earliest appointment available was May 7th, a 14 day wait. We brought it for the 3rd time only to be told it wasn’t the differential after all , but the LR rear wheel bearing which we suspected all along. The process began on April 8th and was finally fixed on May 7th. On the plus side Kaine was able to get us a loaner car after we picked up our car and had to return to Kia as it wasn’t drivable. Greg also offered his car as a loaner when we brought ours in for the 3rd time
