Terrible experience at this London Kia dealership (Wharncliffe location). I came in for a recall repair and waited nearly an hour before being told the part wasn’t available. I had booked an appoi (Wharncliffe location). I came in for a recall repair and waited nearly an hour before being told the part wasn’t available. I had booked an appointment online and even called one hour beforehand to confirm the part was in stock. I was told it was. Despite that, my car wasn’t looked at for almost an hour, only for me to find out I would need to come back another day. This wasted two hours of my time — an hour of driving and an hour waiting — and forced me to plan a second day around coming back again. I called ahead specifically because a similar issue happened in 2023 when the recall was first issued. I really like my 2013 Kia Rio, but based on misinformation, lack of communication, and disregard for my appointment time, I would not recommend this dealership. I received little apology and the situation did not feel resolved. More
My new Kia trim level comes with Digital Key. On delivery day, the sales team could not get it set up. Someone at the Dealership had sent wrong data to Kia. Of course they said the problem would soon be corrected. As I drove the new car out of the dealership, I immediately became yesterday's news. Phone calls asking for help are met with no help. My Kia connect app tells me to contact Kia, but gives no phone number or contact information. The dealership doesn't know what I should do and is not trying to help. I suppose I shall figure it out eventually by myself. More

Issue with my vehicle was identified but Kia just denied to help me. The spark plugs were defective at just 60k KM and the dealer was not ready to help me and was pressuring to pay me for new plugs. Spark plugs wearing out at 60KM is something that is not expected. Rather than helping me the dealership wanted to charge me for new plugs which I think is not acceptable. More

It was very good experience, soonest I walked in I was nicely welcomed everybody were nice, I was offered some drinks so I'm very thankful.
