I have a ford f 150 with 190 kms no tuneup never been told this ever many services in my lifetime. I was also upset last oil change environment charges $ 4.95 this time $ 11.99 ? Total $ 126,00 , oil change on my truck $ 115.00 environmental charge $ 1.00 so I have lost confidence in your dealer services. Thanks Richard More
