Everyone I've dealt with there is very nice. That being said, they are very difficult to get a hold of and the communication is extremely lacklustre. I'm fairly easygoing but it took dozens of tries calling and either being put on hold and eventually hung up on or just no answer to get to talk to people I needed. They want to sell you a car more than they want to keep yours going, as evidenced by the person I was on the phone with (while waiting to speak to someone in service) was trying to sell me on a new car while I was trying to hear about the status of my car. I actually had to drive there just to get answers from people. In my recent experience, my car went into the dealership without an exhaust leak, and came out WITH one. And the several times I tried to get a hold of these guys about this, I got no answers after leaving messages with 2 different people. The car was leased then bought from here. Oh, and the car needed a new engine under warranty (about 4 weeks of waiting) and they wouldn't give me a loaner or rental to use for a even a single day. More
Between recalls and gauges in my carnival being off I have spent way too much time and effort in this dealership for a 2 year old van. I asked when booking if it would cost me or if it was still under have spent way too much time and effort in this dealership for a 2 year old van. I asked when booking if it would cost me or if it was still under warranty and they were very unclear and said book the appointment to discuss. I book in thinking there would be a discussion, they find “nothing wrong” with my gauge which clearly is when the van clears out of engine fluid in 3 months and charge me $185 fortunately to say it’s fine and riding below the minimum line is fine…. So why have a minimum line and why not tell me when I tried to book that if they don’t find anything wrong with the gauge that I would be charge? Brutal service everytime I have been there. One time I got booked in for a recall. Took time off work to get the work done and they inform me they don’t have the piece in needed for the recall. Oh and apparently my gas gauge can’t be trusted as well under 150km but they said the test they ran show nothing wrong. Needless to say I won’t be buying a Kia agan More
