Good service but told them not to change my cabin filter and they did it anyways. I had one and wanted to replace it myself. Instead it cost me an extra $100 for a $20 filter. The problem of front window going up wasn’t resolved, they did some lubrication and told me that it is fixed. But the same day, it stopped going up, had to pay $150 to third party mechanic despite warran they did some lubrication and told me that it is fixed. Salesman Tom was helpful and friendly, did not pressure me at all. About a week after I picked up my new Kia, I went back to London Kia to ask for some help with some of the driving/safety/entertainment f me at all. Tom was not available at the time, but his colleague Cara (or Kyra?) was happy to assist me and took me out on the road to show me the answers to my questions. More
