HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY! I drive a (top of the line) 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. I am fanatical about looking after my vehicle..., regular maintenance, fix things when they are bro I drive a (top of the line) 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. I am fanatical about looking after my vehicle..., regular maintenance, fix things when they are broken, wash the car every day, or every other day. And my vehicle looks and performs, just like it came off the assembly line!! I needed some repair work done on May 9th, 2016. I dealt with Chris, Jill, Mark, and Damir, the Head of Service Department. Damir is exceptionally nice and very professional in his way of dealing with clients. Would I go back to this Dealership for any further repair issues...? YES..., in a heartbeat!! I used to deal with Finch Hyundai until one particular Service Advisor (Sean RICE) was less than credible on a couple of repair issues and since that time, I simply refuse to have my vehicle serviced at "Finch"! I have owned and operated a licensed Paralegal and Private Investigation Agency for 25 years now.., and in that line of work, one develops very good instincts about people. I've always lived by a truism, that "actions speak louder than words." Keep up the great service, Airport Hyundai, as you will surely be around for a long time. I'm confident in saying, customers like very much dealing with Service Technicians who are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY and that's a good starting point! G.F. WHITE. More

When we I picked up the vehicle Al was there to personally show me all of the great features in our new Tucson. He also toured me through the dealership and introduced me to the service department and other personnel. He made me feel like a VIP,. I would also like to mention the Sales manager Ali and the Business manager Lama were very nice to me and I am so glad that we bought our new Tucson from Airport Hyundai. 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan HTRAC - AWD I traded in my Acura TL with Super Handling All Wheel Drive for the newly re-designed 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan HTRAC - AWD. This car is incredible, I traded in my Acura TL with Super Handling All Wheel Drive for the newly re-designed 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan HTRAC - AWD. This car is incredible, it looks great, has a powerful motor, great fuel economy, a very roomy comfortable interior and the confidence of Hyundai's new HTRAC All Wheel Drive system. My experience with the knowledgeable sales representative Mr. Genti Dervishi and the Sales Manager Mr. Ali Syed) was excellent, both individuals will make you feel comfortable and confident with your decision, and will not pressure you with a "Hard Close" to make the deal. This relaxed approach is echoed by the dealership owner (Mr. Minaz Shamji) who took the time to introduce himself and made me feel like looking after the customer's best interest is their key objective. Today, I took my new car back to the Airport Hyundai for the initial 6000km check up and was equally impressed with the Service staff (Jill and Damir). The service department addressed my outstanding issues and the car was serviced promptly and delivered washed and cleaned!! Purchasing a new or used vehicle can be a very stressful matter, but I highly recommend the Airport Hyundai sales and service team for your new car needs. More

Our sales representative, Cara Howard, is very knowledgeable, arranged a really good trade in for our Pontiac Vibe and took the time to show and explain all of the features to us. Lama was very efficient in processing the paperwork and purchase, and the rest of the team were also very friendly and helpful. So far very good and we expect it will continue! There is a lot to learn about these new features, and two huge manuals to prove it! More

Poor customer service I recently purchased my new Elantra 2016 at this dealership. I dealt with Al for the sale and he provided an excellent service, the problem arose when I recently purchased my new Elantra 2016 at this dealership. I dealt with Al for the sale and he provided an excellent service, the problem arose when I dealt with Lama to finalize the sale. It started with her causing an issue with the order that my name appears on my driver's license. I have had that same license for close to 20 yrs without any issues before and have purchased several vehicles in the past with no issues as well. I changed the driver's license to appease her and simplify the process, but it was still not enough and she kept on causing issues with it. When asked to come and accept delivery of my vehicle, none of the paper work was complete and by the time Lama finished the paper work (after having waited around to be seen for 30 min even though I was there at the time they had requested me to be there at) the bank was closed and she had not gone to Service Ontario to get the ownership of my vehicle or register the vehicle. I was asked to come back the next day to complete the paperwork at which time my name was still causing issues even with the new driver's license. I went back the next day as agreed and still did not receive my deposit back which I had to make a third visit to retrieve. After 3 visits I still did not have the ownership of my car. That took 10 days after the delivery with some follow up phone calls to inquire as to where it was. Requests to speak with a manager where denied and when confronted with the fact that the ownership was still not here a week after delivery of the car Lama became very rude and blamed me for not having it, stating I was a very difficult customer and hard to pleased!! I have never encountered this kind of service before and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
