Very hard to get a hold of them once the car is sold! #1 - service: I bought a new Santa Fe from them and had an issue with my tires not being balanced. I had to contact them several times for them to take this into service. After that I was told that they were over-inflated (which anyone know is not the reason for vibrations). I had to wait 2 hrs for them to "deflate" the tires to the right pressure ... which, BTW, did not solve the problem. I got sick of talking to them about it and then took my car to Costco and they balanced the them in 45 mins and the problem is gone. That simple ... I told them what the problem is and yet they wasted so much time and still didn't get it right. #2 - Sales: I saw another brand car on the lot that I wanted to buy. I asked them several times and even visited them twice and after a week I gave up. To me that is unprofessional and not the way you treat customers ... if they are selling a product then they should stand by it or at least have the courtesy to respond in the timely manner to customers' repeated requests. More

I would not take your vehicle to have it serviced at these less then knowledgeable people. There mistakes have cost so over $600.. pls be warned!! More
Awful Service and car I bought my Hyundai veloster on September 20th 2013. I have had nothing but issues with this car. First my front tire was always flat and always brought it into the dealership to fix. Claimed that they fixed it but has always happened. Next was my car wasn't responding to my keys. Almost got into 3 accidents because my car wouldn't move. Turned out it was both my batteries in my keys. Never told me that I would have to replace the battery every year. When I first got my car my air conditioning component stopped working so had to get that replaced. Sometimes the computer in my car stops working so it loses time and resets itself. Now I have another flat tire in my back passenger side tire. They say the tire is too low to plug when I just went to another mechanic and got his opinion and he said that the tire depth is 7/32 or greater and he fixed it. Once I had another flat tire in my front tire went in at 4:30 and they closed at 5 as I finished school at that time. The man that I was talking too was clearly a mechanic kicked my tire and said it's not flat and clearly it was. They were more preoccupied with going home they could've told me the truth and said we don't have time today to do it and I would've left the car there and figured out the rest. The following Tuesday as it was a holiday weekend they fixed my tire and said I have a bend in the rim and what did you expect with it sitting in my driveway for days. Do Not Buy a car from here they are great at sales luring you in but when it comes to fixing things they will do whatever not to help you. Did I also mention that I have tire warranty so it would be no problem as I am paying for them in my package. I will never buy a Hyundai again and tell numerous people not to buy one either. More

I walked in and introduced myself to Al Pereira. I was welcomed and treated very well and kindly. So it was very relaxing to me to be treated so well. I took an Elantra for a test drive and got everything all set. I also dealt with Greg Guzman. Another very pleasant man. Both of them made this such an easy thing for me to do. Thanks to both of you. Took it to airport hyundai, they did some of the recalls but needed parts for others so I was to bring car back. I started to smell gas in the morning,and could see signs of colorish liquid on driveway. When I took my car in to finish recall work I asked them to have a look. They said they couldn't see anything wrong. When I first took car in it was using 12liters per 100kms. After they fixed the recalls now it uses 21 liters per 100kms. lled them and they said I could bring it in but I might have to pay for diagnostic charges to find problem. The reason I ignored first couple of recall notices is because I was afraid something like this would happen because I was screwed around by hyundai dealer the first month I owned the car that I purchased new. That was a nightmare. Do not deal with any Hyundai dealers in london ont is my advice. More
My fourth Hyundai from this dealership I returned to this dealership for my new Hyundai because I have been very pleased with the service I have received in the past. My salesperson, Al has I returned to this dealership for my new Hyundai because I have been very pleased with the service I have received in the past. My salesperson, Al has always been straightforward, honest and friendly with us and he was able to get us into a new Elantra with no fuss and bother. When the car was delayed and I needed something, a service vehicle was made available for me...no problem. I have always found the staff here to be top notch. I will be back. More
Disappointing business practices within the Sales Department On Saturday, July 16th 2016 I went into the dealership to view and test drive a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I was very interested in purchasing the car, bu On Saturday, July 16th 2016 I went into the dealership to view and test drive a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I was very interested in purchasing the car, but I wished to have my mechanic look it over because there were a couple of marks on the body and because the brakes felt as if they would need to be done soon. At the time, the salesman I was working with, Genti Dervishi, said that taking it to my mechanic would be no problem. He told me to make an appointment for Monday and that he would drive it to the mechanic himself. I made the appointment on Monday and called the dealership to let them know. Genti wasn't in at that time, but the secretary said she would pass along the message. About an hour later, Genti called and said that taking it to my mechanic would be difficult unless I was going to commit to buying the car. After explaining that I would not to commit to buying any used car unless my mechanic has a look over it, he told me that he would try to get it over to the mechanic for the appointment that I made. An hour later, he confirmed by text message saying that it would be no problem and that he would take it over to the mechanic for the agreed upon time. The following morning (Tuesday, July 19th, 2016) I drove across the city to my mechanic. I was very surprised and upset to learn from my mechanic that Genti never showed up. He didn't call the mechanic or myself to let us know he wasn't going to show up. He didn't even call me after the fact to let me know what happened (he didn't call until the following day). I was extremely frustrated and embarrassed that my mechanic's valuable time was completely wasted. Furthermore, I was still on the hook for the $69 cost of inspection for my mechanic's lost time. Later that day, I got a voicemail from Genti, stating that he was busy with a customer at the time he was supposed to drive the car over to my mechanic, which is why he missed the appointment. He said he planned on taking it the following morning, but when he showed up for work, someone had sold the car the evening before. I don't know where to begin to describe how abysmal this customer service and business practice was through this whole ordeal. Being with another customer is not an excuse to not show up to an agreed upon appointment. His dishonesty and unreliability led to mine and my mechanic's wasted time, a $69 inspection bill that I have nothing to show for, and caused me to lose out on the car that I had my heart set on. I would expect this from a small used car lot, but was surprised to experience this from a Hyundai dealer. All-in-all, it was a very disappointing experience that has lost the trust of myself and my family/friends. More
HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY! I drive a (top of the line) 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. I am fanatical about looking after my vehicle..., regular maintenance, fix things when they are bro I drive a (top of the line) 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. I am fanatical about looking after my vehicle..., regular maintenance, fix things when they are broken, wash the car every day, or every other day. And my vehicle looks and performs, just like it came off the assembly line!! I needed some repair work done on May 9th, 2016. I dealt with Chris, Jill, Mark, and Damir, the Head of Service Department. Damir is exceptionally nice and very professional in his way of dealing with clients. Would I go back to this Dealership for any further repair issues...? YES..., in a heartbeat!! I used to deal with Finch Hyundai until one particular Service Advisor (Sean RICE) was less than credible on a couple of repair issues and since that time, I simply refuse to have my vehicle serviced at "Finch"! I have owned and operated a licensed Paralegal and Private Investigation Agency for 25 years now.., and in that line of work, one develops very good instincts about people. I've always lived by a truism, that "actions speak louder than words." Keep up the great service, Airport Hyundai, as you will surely be around for a long time. I'm confident in saying, customers like very much dealing with Service Technicians who are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY and that's a good starting point! G.F. WHITE. More
