Manpreet Kaur responded within 24 hours of my email to Airport Hyundai. She is an awesome salesperson to deal with and went over all the technology of the new SUV with me at delivery. There was no rush or sales pressure More
Had our Kona EV in for service and although we were told when we purchased the car the cost for servicing would be different than ICE cars, they proceeded to charge me the same amount. After several days an when we purchased the car the cost for servicing would be different than ICE cars, they proceeded to charge me the same amount. After several days and emails of trying to get an answer, I was informed that they had indeed overcharged me and would credit my account. Because I was initially told (not by the service manager) that EV's get coolant changes while ICE cars get oil changes which is not the case as coolant is topped off not replaced until 60000km, so I asked for a refund which as of this writing has yet to arrive a mere month after asking for it. I should also point out that dealers are now upselling the service interval on EV's as the stated schedule is every 12000km, but they want you to get it serviced every 6000km- like an ICE vehicle. My opinion and my experience. More
I and my family had a wonderful experience in buying our 2023 Hyundai Tucson Preferred Trend Package with the help of Curtis Leblanc. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as 2023 Hyundai Tucson Preferred Trend Package with the help of Curtis Leblanc. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible and was very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. The process was stress free and pleasant. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled-going above and beyond in every aspect. And I want to extend my personal thank you to Chris Larocque for helping us out to explore various options for financing. He also made sure that everything was covered. We had a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from the past and it was very reliable vehicle and fun to drive, and above all, very safe product. And now, having a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson, we can't wait to do our travel journey. We love our new ride! Thank you Curtis and Chris. Thank you Hyundai for making such wonderful vehicles. 🙂👍 More
My Hyundai adventure started in April 2022, when I went to London Airport Hyundai to purchase a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. This was not my first vehicle purchase, as I have been purchasing from GM my wh to London Airport Hyundai to purchase a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. This was not my first vehicle purchase, as I have been purchasing from GM my whole life; this was however, the first time I left GM to try Hyundai. I was told that they couldn’t give me a specific date to receive it, but they thought it may arrive sometime in October. This was no problem for me because I was fully aware of the chip shortages for all automotive manufactures. In August 2022, I received an email from Hyundai informing me that my vehicle was going to be built in October, I was excited!! A couple of days later, I received another email from Hyundai telling me that my vehicle was going to be built in September, now the excitement is even bigger!! Well, I didn’t get the vehicle in September or October, I picked it up on November 11th. Here I would like to note that not once did I receive a phone call from the dealership to explain the mysterious emails I received or any updates at all, I was basically forgotten…. they had their sale, so who cares?? I also didn’t receive any communication regarding what the new specs would be on the 2023 Santa Cruz (I found that out a few days before picking up the vehicle) So, you would think that I would be happy to have said vehicle, but I still haven’t received everything that I ordered. It has now been almost 2 weeks driving my new vehicle and I am still waiting for the rear matts and a brake controller; both items were requested by me well in advance just like the vehicle. You would think that me ordering these extras well in advance, I wouldn’t have to wait additional time for them once my vehicle was handed over to me; the dealership will have it all ready once the vehicle is ready because they have been planning for my vehicle to arrive for 7 months now, right? If I had a business, I would want to make sure my customers are happy and whole after waiting such an extended period for a vehicle. Sadly, the brake controller wasn’t even ordered until the day I picked up my Santa Cruz. I can't do anything with my RV without that brake controller, so I am left wondering if I am going to be able to get my RV home before the snow or is it going to be stuck over the long winter because Hyundai doesn’t care about you once you sign the paperwork!! For me, lesson learned and hopefully I can save someone else the headache too. More
Took my brand new vehicle to airport hyundai. Service manager, Andrew, "fixed" the rear interior panel. Later that day I noticed he didn't fix it just forced privacy screen in place went back to Service manager, Andrew, "fixed" the rear interior panel. Later that day I noticed he didn't fix it just forced privacy screen in place went back to dealership to tell him at which point he punched the panel to put it into place. It didn't work. Went back to complain and wad told to leave the lot and take it back to where I bought it. I did that to find out the back panel was now broken and I have to wait as the part is on backorder. Do not use the service at this dealership unless you bought the car there, otherwise you are not welcome. Finch hyundai is much friendlier. They don't abuse the vehicle like airport hyundai does. The full story can be found on airport hyundai Google reviews. This is a bad place to deal with. Traumatizing and violent. Maybe I would have been treated differently if I was male. FEMALES... AVOID AIRPORT HYUNDAI.. THEY ARE ABUSIVE. More

I had an appointment on August 18 at Airport Hyundai to fix an interior passenger side rear panel that had come away from the wall and was preventing me from putting the privacy screen back in place. Up fix an interior passenger side rear panel that had come away from the wall and was preventing me from putting the privacy screen back in place. Upon arrival the worker yelled from across the garage to leave the car where it was, with the key in it and he would be with me shortly. I went to sit in the waiting area. About 10 minutes later he walked past me saying "it was fixed". When he walked back he took me to my car. He then stated that my privacy screen was warped because it was sitting wrong and it would settle. I left, went to the store and placed my purchases in the back of the car and saw that the problem was not fixed and the privacy screen was forced into the holder which is why it appeared warped. I immediately went back to Airport Hyundai and informed the worker that the problem wasn't fixed. He came over and I finally had the opportunity to show him the problem, as I wasn't asked in the beginning. It was at that time he slammed his fist into the panel and stated "there, it's fixed" and walked away, as I stated to him that the screen is no longer warped. He did not check to make sure is had caught. I was shocked at the violent way he hit my car and the abruptness of his words. I only came back because he didn't fix it right the first time. I left thinking it was fixed. Aug. 22, I had to remove the privacy screen and when I did, the panel popped out again. I went to Airport Hyundai again because they wouldn't answer their phones. Hoping to speak to the service manager about the past experience regarding this issue, I went in the front door. The receptionist took me back, only to find out that Andrew the service manager was the worker that had been so rude. Not wanting to deal with him I asked to speak to the owner. I was told he was in California and it was suggested that the General Manager, Dean Hattim could help. I waited until he was done with the other people he was with. When he approached me, I explained the situation and that I didn't want to deal with Andrew and asked if he would come out to the car and see the problem. He told me he doesn't go out and look at cars and was going to get Andrew. I told him again that I didn't want to deal with Andrew because of his past behavior. He already had 2 chances at fixing it and wasn't successful. At that point Dean Hattim decided he would look at the problem because "he was curious". He noted the separated panel and then asked why I brought it to his dealership since I bought it at Finch. I told him, according to company policy, I could take my new car to any Hyundai dealership in Canada for warranty problems. His response was to "take it to Finch. We can't fix it." I got upset over the disrespect I was getting and then told to leave. I have since made an appointment with Finch to have it fixed in September as they are very backed up. I can't help but wonder if other customers have had problems at Airport Hyundai and switched servicing to Finch Hyundai. Unfortunately this experience has broken my loyalty to Hyundai. My venue is the third Hyundai I have had and it is now my last. I will enquire at Finch Hyundai they would give me back for the vehicle because it doesn't matter how much I like a vehicle if I can't get respect, support from the very people who will have to put their hands on it. Hyundai's 2022 slogan "A future that will connect people with quality time. It's a future reimagined for us." has not been my experience and I am forced to spread the word about my experience at Airport Hyundai. Airport Hyundai is 2.5 km from my home and Finch Hyundai is across the city. I thought I would have the support, from Airport Hyundai, when I purchased my vehicle from Finch. It's truly unfortunate that I will be getting rid of my Venue because of this situation. More
I put a deposit down on a 2023 Ioniq, based on the 2022 specs as the 2023 specs were not available. I have had no contact from the dealership, despite the 2023 specs are now available.
