The salesman Dave Lowry was so helpful! It was my first time buying a car and he walked me through the entire process, and made sure I was informed and involved in all of it. Very dissatisfied with service department. Waited 2 hours fora simple oil change. Waited at the drive in door 10 minutes because cars were backed up inside. I finally went in and was told they were 15 minutes behind. I toldhim I would wait for my car. My last oil change before this one took 1 1/2 hours. Very poor service. More

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered an Ioniq 5 in Feb. 2022 and have heard nothing. I can't get a timeline or find out where I am on the list. One salesperson I spoke to told I ordered an Ioniq 5 in Feb. 2022 and have heard nothing. I can't get a timeline or find out where I am on the list. One salesperson I spoke to told me that if I wanted to know when I'd get my car, I should call Hyundai Canada. No transparency and bafflegab from go. Now Hyundai is offering a promotion to drive an EV before you buy - and it's taking them over a year and a half minimum to deliver it. Just mind numbing. More
This was the best customer service I’ve had in my entire life. The owner Dean Hattie called me within a couple of days if I was happy with the new vehicle and if I had any questions.
