Started dealing with London airport Hyundai through leasing a vehicle in 2020 which went very well, however since then it’s been nothing but frustration. When we went to pick up our new, used vehicle w leasing a vehicle in 2020 which went very well, however since then it’s been nothing but frustration. When we went to pick up our new, used vehicle we were told that everything would be ready for us on a certain date, but then when the car was not up to standards (missing cup and door handle mats, broken window shade clip, non-reset Bluetooth/entertainment system from previous user giving us their information which also has its own issues, no spare key given and squeaking breaks that are normal apparently?) we were told it was because they had to rush, which made no sense because they texted us telling us that the car was ready for pickup and only needed the plates on which was a 10 min appointment but we were there for 1.5 hours. We were told to come between 12-1 to pick the car up, but when arriving in that window the car was most definitely not ready. I would be shocked if they clean or even inspect the vehicles quite frankly before giving them out to the next customer. Now while all of this is annoying, it wouldn’t have warranted any form of frustration. It was receiving a phone call from London Finch Collision asking if my previous car was still mine because it was in an accident and the ONLY identification for the vehicle they had was an old oil change bill I hadn’t taken out and Hyundai didn’t pay attention enough to their detailing before giving a car out. That was the straw that broke the camels back. Upon confrontation about this issue with Finch, we were told it was a “phishing” call, which it absolutely was not. The collision center called Hyundai after me and the front reception told us that they had just received a phone call from them as well to follow up with everything. After calling them out for it, we haven’t heard anything back. Very poor customer service/satisfaction, very poor detailing, very poor customer information security and very disappointed with London Airport Hyundai. More

It was a great experience to do business with Dave. Every time I had any questions he was available and happy to help, even after leaving with the car. He is a wonderful salesman and I definitely recommend asking for him if you go here! top notch service overall. More

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered an Ioniq 5 in Feb. 2022 and have heard nothing. I can't get a timeline or find out where I am on the list. One salesperson I spoke to told I ordered an Ioniq 5 in Feb. 2022 and have heard nothing. I can't get a timeline or find out where I am on the list. One salesperson I spoke to told me that if I wanted to know when I'd get my car, I should call Hyundai Canada. No transparency and bafflegab from go. Now Hyundai is offering a promotion to drive an EV before you buy - and it's taking them over a year and a half minimum to deliver it. Just mind numbing. More
