great sales team not so great service Bought a used Jeep there on Saturday ( only minus 5) and when we arrived to test drive the vehicle would not start. The battery was weak. . No proble Bought a used Jeep there on Saturday ( only minus 5) and when we arrived to test drive the vehicle would not start. The battery was weak. . No problem john said if we had problems bring it back we will check it out and replace if necessary. Sunday we had problems. Called John Monday and he told me to take it in. Arrived at 1030... they charged the battery to do the test. I left at 1045 for an appointment. Got back around 1230.... battery still hadn't been changed ( or even arrived at toyota yet) finally showed up at 115... I didn't leave until 1 hour later. There is 1 bolt that holds it down and the 2 nuts on the clamps. All the same size. One socket is needed and 15 minutes of someone's time. Needless to say I'm not impressed with the service. Sales finance and the courtesy driver were all great. Service let me down. More

Fixing noise in left window area We had a window replaced at Silverwood and found a noise in the left hand area afterward. Darryl looked after it and fixed it. Thanks for Good Service I purchased a new 2014 RAV4 about 1 month ago. The new vehicle has so many new features that I was not familiar with that I had tons of questions, for I purchased a new 2014 RAV4 about 1 month ago. The new vehicle has so many new features that I was not familiar with that I had tons of questions, for Jeff especially. I have stopped by a number of times to ask questions that would be kind of annoying questions to most. I was treated respectfully and they both (Jeff and Caroline) answered my questions to my satisfaction in a way that I understood. Any concerns, nothing major, that I had were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. I have also had brief encounters with the other personnel at Silverwood and they all seem very attentive, friendly and willing to assist. I do feel welcome there. I am enjoying my vehicle more everyday. Service is the key issue with any purchase I make. At this time the service is wonderful for me at Silverwood Toyota.
