Thank you for replying. I checked my visa account this morning and saw there was another $500 charge taken from my visa. It seems as though there was another error and instead of you guys putting the money back on my visa you took another $500. I am sorry to have written a poor review but I am extremely frustrated how things have went down since I picked up my vehicle and was unsure how else to resolve this situation since my countless phone calls and several visits have not worked. Hi Carrie, I spoke with Caroline this morning. She said she realized she had charged you an additional $500 immediately and reversed it. She did try to call to let you know but the number she had to call you is out of service. I have provided her with the phone number you gave me. She just left my office. She showed me the receipts for the second charge of $500 then the credit of $1000. They were dated on Oct 6. So you should be good to go! She said she can scan and email you a copy of the receipts. What is the best email address we can send those to? Thanks! Danny

we had a 4 runner with a wheel baring gone but it wasn't diagnosed properly the first time i brought it in and i was told it wasn't the problem when it was. When we bought the sequoia it was giving to us dirty inside and out then the rear view mirror fell of it wasn't put on properly , i was told there was 10 mm on the tyres there wasn't there was 5 which means il have to buy 2 new ones for the front so its safe for winter , and the original running boards were broke so i was promised i could pick running boards worth 1000 dollars and the garage would install them so i picked running boards worth a little bit more than 1000 and said id pay the difference but then i was told i had to pay for instillation which really left a sour taste in my mouth , they did after a lot of argument cut the bill in half but it made me feel like i was trying to be dishonest and i was going to purchase the new tundra but not after that experience .

Hi Matthew, Thanks for the information. What did the Service department do to remedy the situation with the bearing? Is this the vehicle you traded in? Certainly we do not lie to customers, as I am sure you have not lied to us. We have good people here at Silverwood. It appears to be a series of miscommunications. I spoke with one of our managers today. When discussing delivery of the vehicle, we told whoever picked it up that it hadn't been cleaned yet. We wanted to clean it before you took delivery, but whoever picked it up elected to take it and said we could clean it later when we installed the running boards, which we did. Did we fix the rear view mirror? If not, we would be happy to do so. 5mm on tires is certainly not unsafe. That would be approximately 50% tread life left (depending on the tire's starting tread). This would easily pass a safety inspection. Although I would highly recommend some winter tires for the winter. They make a huge difference. I apologize if you were under the impression that they were 10mm. For the running boards, it sounds like you agreed to pay the difference between $1000 and the install price without knowing what the difference would be. Those type of running boards are very expensive and so is this install. I apologize if this was not communicated properly to you. At the end of the day if you are not happy with the running boards and the tires, we can certainly reverse the deal and you will be in the same position you were prior to the purchase. You can return the Sequoia and we can give you back your trade in vehicle. Would you like to pursue this option? If so, I can have our management team contact you to work out the details. Thanks!
