Traveling across Canada from New Brunswick, so not from this Province...We arrived at the Lloydminster Toyota dealership at 9:00am on Thursday morning to see if they could squeeze us in for an oil change/m this Province...We arrived at the Lloydminster Toyota dealership at 9:00am on Thursday morning to see if they could squeeze us in for an oil change/maintenance on our truck. We had no appointment and had never been there before.. to our surprise they took us in right away... We parked our RV in the lot and like an hour later, the service on our truck was done! Super friendly service staff and very helpful. Clean dealership. THANK YOU!!!!:) More

⚠️ WARNING – Think carefully before submitting a finance application ⚠️ Very disappointed with my experience. I proceeded with a Toyota Prius SE after being specifically told by the dealership that th application ⚠️ Very disappointed with my experience. I proceeded with a Toyota Prius SE after being specifically told by the dealership that the vehicle was available. Based on that confirmation, I completed the finance application with a co-signer and received loan approval. After everything was processed, I was then informed that the Prius SE had actually been sold before my finance application was even submitted and that there had been an internal miscommunication. I only chose this dealership because the vehicle was confirmed available and ready. I am now being pushed toward different and more expensive models instead. Customers should not have to go through unnecessary credit applications, stress, and wasted time because of incorrect information being provided. Unless someone goes through this situation themselves, they will not understand how stressful and frustrating it can be after being approved for a vehicle you believed was secured. At this stage, I am simply requesting that the dealership honour the original agreement by arranging a similar Prius SE through dealer trade or provide a fair resolution. I hope this matter can still be resolved professionally More
