A+ experience I bought a vehicle from Lincoln Heights Ford a few months ago. First thing I noted as soon as I walked in the dealership is that everyone seemed happy I bought a vehicle from Lincoln Heights Ford a few months ago. First thing I noted as soon as I walked in the dealership is that everyone seemed happy to be there. I was greeted by Denis Duhaime and he showed me the different models and options and explained to me as well all of the different promotions that were available at the time. He knew all of the details of the vehicle, answered all of the questions I had and made sure that I would be pleased with my purchase. I went back there 3 times before I made up my mind on exactly what I wanted and at no point in time did I felt pressure to buy something. I bought a number of new cars in the last 20 years from different dealerships and all I can say is that this was by far the best experience I ever had and they will definitely see me again. I am really pleased with the vehicle I purchased, the price I paid and how I was received by Denis and the employees at Lincoln Heights Ford. More

Amazing Dealership I walked in on Thursday because I needed a car ASAP and I walked away with my 2012 Ford Escape on Monday. Very happy with their service department I've been going there for about 8 months now, and have never been happier with a service department at a car dealership. I don't feel that they try to I've been going there for about 8 months now, and have never been happier with a service department at a car dealership. I don't feel that they try to upsell or fix things that don't need to be because they think I know nothing about cars, even though I know next to nothing about cars. They have honest, friendly front counter staff that are great, and so far I always leave happy. I would recommend it to anyone with a Ford. More

Awesome experience ! My husband traded in his truck for a new one. This was the 2nd truck he bought here. I started to look around and saw a 2016 Ford fusion . Great experiance all round I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my existing Flex; Nathan was very good at listening to my needs and was able to show me the models that fit I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my existing Flex; Nathan was very good at listening to my needs and was able to show me the models that fit my criteria.
