Service Above and Beyond What a pleasant experience I had this morning at Royal Oak Lexus service department. I made an appointment for my first maintenance on my new RX 350. What a pleasant experience I had this morning at Royal Oak Lexus service department. I made an appointment for my first maintenance on my new RX 350. I drove into the enclosed receiving area and was greeted and led into the dealership. Visited with the service manager and was shown the two lounges and the barista coffee bar. I ordered a latte complimentary. I watched TV and worked on my IPad with complimentary wifi for the first hour. I then received A complimentary pedicure. Upon completion of the pedicure my car was ready. The car was cleaned outside and inside, including the rubber mats washed. All I can say is "wow"! More
