Not only were the service items well taken care of as well as the usual VIP inside/outside complimentary clean, but they located a screw in my tire which was removed and the tire repaired, replaced my worn windshield wipers, and fixed 3 windshield chips (which I had requested they look at). Colin Wiebe, at the service desk, was very honest, personable and pleasant (as always) and text messaged me about the additional items and their respective costs prior to any additional work being done. Every other employee I have dealt with at this Lexus location has been similarly great to interact with. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Lexus of Royal Oak thus far! More
