(So sorry I'm bad at remembering names!) Full servicing of my RX was completed within 4 hours of dropping off my vehicle, very impressive. This dealership does not up-sell any maintenance that isn't currently necessary, and is very up front about what could be required in future. Great overall experience. Maybe will take them up on a manicure next time too! More
