On the rare occasion that an unexpected deficiency is found, the service advisors professionally and competently address the situation with me. I always have a sense of confidence that my RX350 is being taken expertly taken care of when I leave it for service, and that the service advisors (David and Chelsea) have my interests in mind. Small touches like the cappuccino that Sam personally makes for me when I drop off the car adds that little bit extra effort that is very much appreciated. Based on the service I have received at Lexus of Royal Oak, I chose to purchase another vehicle there last winter despite having two other car brands at home, and will continue to use this dealership for my family's automotive needs into the future.
