First Class Experience Recently had my 1600 Km check-up and and tire changeover for winter. Everything went smoothly and my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. David explained everything to me before and after the shop dealt with my RX. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was jovial as he wisked us to the mall. Cary, from Sales returned us to the dealership when our vehicle was ready. All in all, the whole experience was pleasant and we were treated royally by all the staff including the Barista on duty. On the rare occasion that an unexpected deficiency is found, the service advisors professionally and competently address the situation with me. I always have a sense of confidence that my RX350 is being taken expertly taken care of when I leave it for service, and that the service advisors (David and Chelsea) have my interests in mind. Small touches like the cappuccino that Sam personally makes for me when I drop off the car adds that little bit extra effort that is very much appreciated.
