I did not feel pressured and was happy that all of my questions and inquiries were handled in a professional and informative manner. I was happy to work with the manager Jason, and also Adam and Kevin at Royal Oak Lexus in order to finally come up with my new wheels. I was happy yet nervous when I went to pick up my vehicle to try to remember all of the things I needed to about this new vehicle.
