I have been getting my car serviced there for about two years now and I have never had a less than perfect experience. The car was ready when promised, washed and detailed at no charge. And there were never any pricing “surprises. In the last month I purchased a new vehicle from them and the entire process was stress free and easy. I shopped a few other Lexus dealers and asked Royal Oak for their best price. They gave me a price that beat all of the other dealers and there was no haggling, back and forth, or nickel and diming. The sale manger was pleasant, honest, and very forth coming. The delivery was great and they spent 2 hours going over all of the features of the car with someone whose only job was just that!
