I am not satisfied with Lexus of Richmond Hill, because the issue that happened to my car could very well have been caused by one of their own service staff. There are security cameras installed in the service area, and by reviewing the footage, they could have clarified what really happened — but they refused to do so. As a result, I was left with a massive cost, and at no point did they support me or take my concerns seriously. To this day, I still don’t know what exactly caused the problem with my car, and they made no effort to help me understand it. More

Warning: Avoid Adam Fang at Lexus of Richmond Hill. I visited this dealership on June 6, 2025, excited to lease a 2025 NX350h in Black with Red interior I was ready to sign that day. Instead, I enc I visited this dealership on June 6, 2025, excited to lease a 2025 NX350h in Black with Red interior I was ready to sign that day. Instead, I encountered one of the most dishonest sales experiences I’ve ever had. Sales rep Adam Fang lied and claimed the configuration I wanted didn’t exist anywhere in Canada not in Calgary, not Edmonton, not even available to order. He never checked inventory, never called anyone just pushed me into a different car (Cloudburst Grey) claiming it was the “only one left” and that I’d eventually “grow into it.” Under pressure, I signed. But once I got home and did a quick search, I found the exact configuration available at two other local Lexus dealerships. What Adam told me wasn’t just wrong, it was deliberate misrepresentation to push a sale. I immediately cancelled the lease, and ended up getting the Black/Red NX350h from another dealer who found it in minutes. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was a manipulative and unethical sales tactic. OMVIC’s Code of Ethics says a salesperson must avoid misrepresentation, Adam did the exact opposite. Lexus is a premium brand. This dealership and Adam in particular fell far below that standard. If you value honesty and professionalism, take your money and spend it elsewhere. More

I recently had an outstanding experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill, where I purchased my Lexus. My salesman, Amar, was amazing, knowledgeable and supportive. I was not sure if UX is better for my nee Richmond Hill, where I purchased my Lexus. My salesman, Amar, was amazing, knowledgeable and supportive. I was not sure if UX is better for my needs on NX. He let me to test drive them both and patiently explained the differences. He wasn’t pushy, which made the experience even more enjoyable! From test driving to finalizing the purchase, Amar professionally and patiently supported me. I truly appreciated Amar’s attention to details and his willingness to help customers and provide the best customer Service.
