After an extremely cold night, my parking brake froze. I thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehi thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehicle in. They took me right away, and although I had to rush off to work, the courtesy shuttle took care of me. At the end of the day, much to my surprise, the dealership had cleaned out the salt and sand in the interior, examined and serviced the parking brake assembly, and there was no charge. I was expecting to pay for the service required, but, the thoughtfulness and kindness received was priceless. This is service above and beyond the standard of care in todays world. Thank you very much, I will definitely pass on my experience to all who will listen. More
Service appointment times are normally within a day or two. Service personnel are knowledgeable about product, and excellent at explaining work required. the service was on time and explained in detail when i picked up my car. I was also told what would need to be done the next service. Approximately one year ago we purchased our first Lexus product- a 2012 RX 350. It has been a very enjoyable experience both from a purchase and customer service standpoint. Recently we moved and I have been unsuccessful in programming the Lexus Homelink feature to operate my automatic garage door opener. I contacted Lexus of London to explain the problem, and I was connected to Mat Granger, a sales representative. Mat very patiently explained how the programming is normally done, and when we were still unable to get the function to work, he did some digging on the internet and sent me a link to some specific instructions that appear to be somewhat different than is described in the owners manual. I look forward to working through these instructions and hopefully can contact Matt with good news that the programming was successful. Both my wife and I were very impressed that Mat (although not the salesperson I bought the vehicle from) went out of his way to help us with this process, and even offered to arrange for a Lexus manager to drop by the house sometime to help solve this issue.
