Can't do better! The reception desk, run by Rhonda, is efficient and friendly. Even if you know how to make a coffee in their machine, she will cheerfully help you. All of the service advisors are friendly and helpful, and make the visit much less painful! All work seems to be done efficiently and well, and the car-cleaning crew does a great job. Karen is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and accommodating from the time of booking through to completion of service. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the recommended work as well as what was done per the invoice. Karen has also gone above and beyond in answering questions on the phone and in the dealership by providing assistance with a loaner car when needed and showing me how to address smaller issues with my key fob, window washer fluid refill, and others. I just leased a new 2014 IS250 and I had an extra key from the 2010 IS250 that I just traded in. I wondered if this key could be programmed to the new IS. After I explained the situation to Adam he did the research and investigation immediately and got back to me. He advised has the Smart Key Codes been the same it may have been possibility. I have been servicing my Lexus vehicle at Lexus of London for several years now and I have to say that no matter what the circumstance Adam has gone out of his way to make my experience exceptional! After an extremely cold night, my parking brake froze. I thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehi thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehicle in. They took me right away, and although I had to rush off to work, the courtesy shuttle took care of me. At the end of the day, much to my surprise, the dealership had cleaned out the salt and sand in the interior, examined and serviced the parking brake assembly, and there was no charge. I was expecting to pay for the service required, but, the thoughtfulness and kindness received was priceless. This is service above and beyond the standard of care in todays world. Thank you very much, I will definitely pass on my experience to all who will listen. More
