We always get a beautiful loaner vehicle, which helps us choose our next car, and Romeo helps us transfer our shopping when we return to pick up our freshly washed, shining car. We have not needed any repairs to our Lexus loves, but your mechanics are above reproach. We have just one complaint -- Lexus of London has ruined us from ever purchasing a car from any other dealer, and your Lexus vehicles have taken away any option to purchase any other model. With regards to pricing, when I required 4 new regular tires and 4 new snow tires, L of L matched the prices of the big box stores. When I required 2 new rotors, they got them covered under warranty.
