My service adviser Karen Campbell did an excellent job of making sure that the warranty covered as much as possible. I always take my car to this dealership for service and I am quite sure that is why my previous Lexus had over 400,000 kms on it. More

Worth the drive from Sarnia for service. Staff at Lexus of London have always been up front on any service issues. If the car is in for any length of time a loaner has always been provided. A loaner vehicle was provided which ensured I was able to accomplish something, rather than spend the time waiting. While I have no experitse in the field, the final cost did not appear to be out of line for the work required for the vehicle. More
