Arrival at your London Lexus dealership is always so welcoming as we are greeted by familiar faces, and of course coffee and snacks. Everyone in your maintenance department has always been extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our opinions, concerns and questions. We trust their them implicitly. Lyndsi assisted us at our visit last Saturday and she was spectacular. Friendly, knows her stuff, such a pleasure to work with, and easy to deal with. We always get a beautiful loaner vehicle, which helps us choose our next car, and Romeo helps us transfer our shopping when we return to pick up our freshly washed, shining car. We have not needed any repairs to our Lexus loves, but your mechanics are above reproach. We have just one complaint -- Lexus of London has ruined us from ever purchasing a car from any other dealer, and your Lexus vehicles have taken away any option to purchase any other model.
