Never Disappointed Once again Lexus of London has exceeded my expectations ... just a regular service appointment on a regular day and again my vehicle was finished 2 ho Once again Lexus of London has exceeded my expectations ... just a regular service appointment on a regular day and again my vehicle was finished 2 hours before I needed it ... and at a few dollars less than I was quoted ... AND it was WASHED and VACUUMED at no additional charge. I'll repeat what I've been saying for almost 4 years now ... I am a LEXUS of LONDON customer FOR LIFE !!! More

Their staff are consistently friendly and professional and they are genuine in their concern that you are happy with your dealings with them. They are empathetic and I like the way that they work as a team to ensure you are well served. This is the first dealership I have encountered where I don't feel stressed. Joe Mazzella was a pleasure to buy the car from and Lyndsi Irwin should be the flag bearer for helpful service. Medals all round. More
