Attention to details is something they do best. I also want to thank Liliana, the Financial Services Manager, she provided very prompt responses to my requests and demonstrated to be very helpful and resourceful, a job most customers might overlook and to appreciate with. I have complete confidence that she will take care of me or other customers with issues on extended service warranty. Walking into Lexus of London, I feel good each time and well worth my 5 hours round trip getting in from Markham.
