Recently I went in for routine serv Kudos to the Lexus of London staff for going above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Recently I went in for routine service and a issue was found during inspection that had so far not caused any problems. They made arrangements to bring my car in to fix this issue while it was still under warranty, provided me with a substitute vehicle that they brought to my home 45min away from the dealership and had my car done on time, inspected and even did a great cleaning job for me! I would recommend them to anyone! thank you to all the staff! More

Effortless and Uncomplicated I was contacted regarding a recall on my RX 350 an appointment was arranged. I was instantly dealt with and given a courtesy car. Absolutely awesome. My 2009 LS was in for detailing and to have the ceramic treatment for the paint. When the service was complete I'm certain the last time the car was t My 2009 LS was in for detailing and to have the ceramic treatment for the paint. When the service was complete I'm certain the last time the car was that clean was the day it came off the line. Absolutely nothing was missed. Grass from my golf clubs that was on the underside of the truck gone. Several marks on the side from people in parking lots opening their doors gone. Even a small salt stain tucked in a crevice between the driver seat and door gone. Everyone that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. One of the best service departments in town. Management should be proud of these people plus the guys behind the shop doors who so obviously take a great deal of pride in the work they do. More
