The service and attention given by this Dealership is exceptional. The General Manager Chris Pinelli, came out at least twice to see if I am being looked after and to mention that he is still looking in exceptional. The team at Lexus, specifically Peter Engelmanas, went above and beyond to support and help me with an issue I had with a Lexus purchased from a dealership in North London.. even though it wasn't purchase above and beyond to support and help me with an issue I had with a Lexus purchased from a dealership in North London.. even though it wasn't purchased from them directly, they treated me as if I did and even helped to cover the cost of some parts that should have been out of pocket for me.
