The headlight on my wife’s car was replaced over a year go by a body shop. It stared to get humidity inside the light. It’s not cheap to replace it and it wasn’t under any warranty. I called the manager and after a review of what happened he agreed to replace it for just the cost of the labour. I felt this was above and beyond the top customer care. More

My Service Advisor, ROMEO NISSAN quickly booked me in and I mentioned that the rear bumper cover had acquired a large black scuff mark (from parking lot damage), that I had been unable to remove. My GS was returned to me an hour later, serviced, washed & wiped and the scuff mark had been 99% removed...and without charge. Romeo Nissan is great representative for this dealership and is a true car guy who loves exceptional cars and understands car guys and has been a great help to me in adjusting my GS to my particular preferences (e.g. disarming/reprogramming Lexus factory-default settings, etc.). More

I knew the rear tires were alright as I had replaced when sidewalls blew out a couple of months ago. More

This is a very, very expensive repair. Meeting with the service manager Adam McCallum, he agreed to look into what he could do to address the issue and cost. A week later, Romeo Nissan, my service advisor contacted me to inform me they had arranged to have this unit replacement at a much reduced cost. I have been a client of Lexus of London for 16 years and have always felt as if I was a special client. I am also delighted at the professionalism of their staff. My experience with this latest issue is confirmation of that impression. More
