I brought my 2015 Lexus NX200t in for service on August 26, 2020. Brad Dako, Service Advisor, did such a great job on my Lexus from beginning to the end. Recall and Service Had a few recalls and service on my RX 350 to get done. When I arrived I was informed that one of the parts for one of the recalls wasn't available.
