My experience with Lexus of London so far has been nothing but exceptional. I dealt with Romeo Nissan each time and feel that I was treated very well even though my Lexus was purchased second hand and nothing but exceptional. The service people at Lexus of London are always exceptional. Most recently, I was helped by Dale when I put in a call for help. Dale responded very quickly and in a concerned manner.
