My wife and I dropped in to the dealership in London without an appointment. We were interested in the Lexus ES 300 hybrid. Lisa, a sales person, greeted us with professionalism and competence. Altho without an appointment. We were interested in the Lexus ES 300 hybrid. Lisa, a sales person, greeted us with professionalism and competence. Although she had an appointment booked and the people were about to arrive, she took the time to listen to what we were looking for and even got us into an ES for a test drive. We appreciated her going out of her way to look after us even though we came unannounced. She has since then reached out to us via email. We are very impressed. Bravo and thank you Lisa Ali!! More
