I live in Toronto and was in the market for a new Lexus. Hmm... I thought - strange strategy. Soon thereafter, I got in touch with Lexus of London via e-mail and received an incredibly polite, professional and welcoming e-mail from Stephanie. Part of what she wrote included "More and more of our guests are choosing to shop on-line for their new vehicle and it is my job to make things easy.". WOW!! What a welcoming change from the Toronto "attitude". I found my entire purchase experience with Stephanie to be very professional, respectful and she even responded to me several times off hours. I would highly recommend Lexus of London to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle, even though it may be a bit out of the way for residents of Toronto. Right from the first phone call ( during her own home time ) - to waving good-bye she was always there for us . She went out of her way to find out exactly what we wanted and made sure this car was fully equipped . She even did panoramic photos to send to us . She simply stated " I didn't want you two to come all the way from Sarnia is this isn't the car you wanted ." She also met with us at times that I am sure were not convenient for her and she accommodated us with a heart warming smile . If we had a question she knew the answer or would find out - never guessing . We love our car- we are thrilled with the care that we received from Lexus and from Stephanie --we would never hesitate to recommend this dealership and STEPHANIE to our family and friends . We have had many cars in our lifetime - new and used . NEVER - EVER have we had such a very positive experience !!! There was no stress - no feeling like you were being pushed or swayed into something and no pressure ( such a change from our other experiences elsewhere !) She was very patient, very professional in her approach and she took extra pains to explain and reply in detail to every query that we had. She never pushed us and even when we communicated with her through e-mail, she was very prompt with her replies. A Hugh contrast compared to the other dealerships that we had visited. On the day of the delivery of the vehicle, she had meticulously gone though all the settings and primed them optimally in advance for us and then also sat with us again, for almost forty five minutes, to go through them together with us, thus saving us valuable time fumbling around and reading through the manuals. Pricing wise, the dealership offers the best prices, Stephanie negotiated an additional discount on top of the standard one that Lexus Canada offered, plus to close the deal, the dealership threw in a couple of hundred dollars extra in enhancements. No complaints there. The dealership is very professional and efficient. If you are thinking of getting a Lexus, I strongly suggest that before you make a final decision, you must visit this dealership. You will not be disappointed. Stephanie is the person to meet. More

I visited both Windsor Lexus and Lexus of London in my search for a replacement for my 2010 Lexus Rx-350. The difference in attitude and professionalism is marked. In Windsor I felt like I was dealing wit search for a replacement for my 2010 Lexus Rx-350. The difference in attitude and professionalism is marked. In Windsor I felt like I was dealing with a Toyota salesman that wanted to get me into a Corolla. In London, I was treated like a Lexus client. I was unimpressed with the trade-in value for my 2010 Lexus Rx-350 and the purchase or lease options left me wanting a better deal. Lexus of London offered fair market value and imaginative purchase and lease options. I found Tom Hiscott to be professional, honest open to discussion and very courteous. I will recommend him and Lexus of London to others. More
Our experience with Stephanie Shearsby was not good. It was outstanding! She, unlike all the other dealers, returned my calls and emails promptly, answered every question I came up with. She knew everything about the vehicle, nothing we threw at her could she not answer. What I especially liked was..before we went out to see the vehicle, she sat us down in her office and told us everything about the vehicle. Set the stage so to speak. We felt like we were in her home. She made us coffee, provided Bob and I with Tylenol as the 2 hour drive from Stoney Creek Ont was rather a challenge. Amazing young lady! Never met anyone like her before. You have a diamond in your office and I hope you realize that. Should you not, I will happily take her to my company...banking :) Outstanding customer experience, fabulous service, extraordinary attention to detail, she didn't miss a mark. We are in awe. Realizing we are coming in from Stoney Creek on Saturday, she even offered to have all the paperwork done that day so all we would have to do is pick up the keys and head back out on the highway! Outstanding service once again. Customer service didn't stop there!!! Saturday was her day off. This marvelous professional is making a special trip in to meet us when we pick up the vehicle! It is her Thanksgiving Weekend off no less. She also has a child at home, yet is willing to go the extra mile to greet us on Saturday! May I say we are so excited to pick up our lovely new vehicle and see the world's nicest gal once again. I will be making the drive to London for all my repairs and oil changes. This you have my word on. We are thrilled and impressed beyond comprehension. Do you believe in destiny? My husband had been talking about looking for a new car. He had never liked our 2011 vehicle. He claimed it was a noisy car and as for myself I kept tangling with the garage doors. Now I must tell you my husband has always had a love affair with luxury cars. He has owned a Mercedes, Jaguar, Toyota Cressida and two Lexus’, no, make that three with our recent purchase and although he has not been driving since 2008 when he had a small stroke, he appreciates the luxury of an upbrand car. On the day we walked into the Lexus of London dealership I expected this search to go on for several weeks as he mulled over the pros and cons of various automobiles. That was when we me Mat Granger, a handsome young salesman. As we talked and Charles asked many questions, Mat answered without pressure to buy. He asked whether Charles liked to be called Charles or Charlie (I use this form). This is one of Charles’ hot buttons. He feels strongly about preferring Charles so score one for Mat. He noticed that Charles uses a walker and to our amazement when he offered to take us for a test drive, he opened the showroom door and drove the car right up to Charles’ side. He did this quietly and without ceremony. We were looking for an SUV to make loading the walker, etc. With age comes the slow body breakdown and I now have a delicate back. After the test drive we went to Mat’s office to talk about a deal. While we waited I noticed a newspaper article about Mat so it seemed to be a way to pass the time. Apparently, Mat had become interested in Parkinson’s Disease when his mother, a home nurse, had treated a Parkinson’s patient. At 19 years of age he decided that not enough patient support and public awareness was being provided, so he decided to do something about it. He tried to create a Guinnes’ Book of Records for skating backwards around a racetrack and managed 200 circuits. With the money he raised he is currently trying to create a charity to help PD patients. As a matter of fact when Michael J Fox paid a visit to London for a neurology dinner, he asked specifically to meet Mat. I have a very personal interest in Parkinson’s. In conclusion, we feel Mat is a very knowledgeable, personable salesman who knows that the Lexus sells itself. This will be our third Lexus and we are very happy with our purchase and hope Mat will be there when we decide to trade in on a new one. More
