Henry was quick to greet, ask me if I had any specific concerns and within minutes I was on my way. When I returned to pick up it was the same quick and efficient approach. The quote Henry provided me when I brought the car in was right on the button. Also got a moment to speak to Bill the Tech who serviced the car. He was pleasant and explained there were no issues installing the winter wheels and tires provide however he could not get the sensor to sync with the newer model car. Oh did I mention that the car was shining. A very nice touch in -15C weather. Thanks again Lexus of London Service Dept. You guys rock! Steve More
