I called Lexus of London and was referred over to Rob and drove down to meet with him. From the moment, I arrived, the facilities were top notch and the service I received was great. Rob was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicles he showed me. Above all, he wasn't pushy and made sure I had all of the info I needed to make my purchasing decision. I'm now a proud owner of a 2016 RX350 and very pleased with the purchasing experience. I should note that when I picked up the vehicle, he spent 30 minutes reviewing the car with my wife and I and called a week later to follow-up to see if I had any additional questions. Amazing experience !! I was car shopping for a new car, as a gift to myself for my birthday with the help of my dad. As my dad had purchased his first Lexus at Lexus of London, he wanted me to see what amazing cars they offer. We told her we would keep looking and maybe come back. After, going to different dealerships, I realized how much a Lexus suv would be suitable for me with all the safety features that are on the vehicle. We quickly went back to sue, and purchased a car with her. The reason why I wanted to purchase a vehicle at Lexus of London was because of Sue. Sue is soo kind and knowledgeable. I was persuaded by all the information she shared with us, and I knew I didn’t wanna go anywhere else because she really knows what she’s doing. Hopefull Very happy with my SUV, the only problem was. I was supposed to get the protective cover on the front of the car and around the handles. I was told when I picked up the vehicle two weeks ago they will contact me to get it done. Nobody has called me yet??? I am hoping this is not a sign of things to come with future service requirements. You may be very busy but I feel I should have at least got a call so I know I am not forgotten. Thanks, Dave. More

Superior service - start to finish I dealt with Lexus of London in 2008 when we bought our first Lexus, and the experience then was fantastic, so hard to improve more, but they have. My husband stopped in to inquire about a few RX350s they had and was introduced to Rob Ellsworth. Rob took the time to find out what might be the best fit for us and showed him some options. He followed up right after with further information and when I stopped in unannounced, Rob took the time to show me 3 cars (even though he had another client arriving any minute). When I came back later to test drive the 2013, he carefully explained all the features and "buttons", and took a walk around the car to confirm that it was in mint condition, and asked more questions to ensure I had the right car for me. Rob and I briefly discussed financing options, trade in information for my Jeep, and what he didn't know immediately, he came back with follow up info. After I left, he and I followed up by email and he was quick to respond with the info I was looking for. Kylie called me at work (saved me a trip to the dealership) to review my options for financing, reviewed my credit check info, and once I confirmed the deal, ensured the Lexus could be picked up in two days, undercoated, windows tinted and paint protected. When I came to pick up my car, I fell in love. It was beautiful, spotless and every detail accounted for. Natalie gave me a full "tour" of my new car, ensured I knew how everything worked, and even though she had a client waiting, took the time to ensure I was satisfied before she left me to drive home my new car. Natalie also made a special trip to my home when I realized I left my garage door opener in my Jeep, and to pick up the extra key fob for the Jeep I'd forgotten. The service was superior. I felt special and cared for, and treated as a professional throughout the process. Thank you Rob, Natalie, Kylie and Lexus of London! More
