I heard back instantly from Stephanie....she was so pleasant , professional and helpful. We scheduled a time to view the car, and I felt as though I had been purchasing my cars there for years.....I decided on a vehicle, that day and didn’t even pursue looking at the other vehicles I had in mind! My experience only got better, on picking up my new car, Stephanie stayed beyond her schedule shift, to welcome me to the Lexus family! Wow! I have dealt with the same luxury dealership for 15 years , and was regretting having to leave them due to location change.......but I must say.....I have no regrets! Honest and valuable advice My husband and I spoke with Rick about ending our leasing options with another brand of vehicle in order to get a new one that would adapt to our need My husband and I spoke with Rick about ending our leasing options with another brand of vehicle in order to get a new one that would adapt to our needs. As much as I know Rick wanted to help us get into a vehicle on the Lexus lot he was honest with us about the money we would lose if we broke our lease early. He gave us more information in 30 minutes than we got from the dealership that has our current lease. Even though that information pointed us in the direction of staying with our current vehicle for the next few months, Rick presented it openly and honestly and gave us a path forward that we could be confident in. We will certainly be visiting Rick and the team again when our lease is up. As a side note, we tend to go through vehicles quickly and have purchased new, purchased used and leased. I have never had a better experience than I did at Lexus of London, and I'm not even a customer (yet). What a stellar team of professionals, it's clear they operate with the highest level of integrity and respect. More

First time at Lexus Of London I came in to see a used 2014 Honda Civic EX . It was one that I was looking for! I ventured in not even knowing if it was still available. Sue Vincent looked after me promptly. After a short visual inspection and test drive we sat down and made a deal. Sue was very pleasant and made the experience a pleasurable one. A week after I got the car home I noticed a few scratches while washing the car. I contacted Sue and was told I could bring the car in at my convenience for some touch ups. Exceptional service!
