Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Two other staff members in particular merit mention. Jasmine, the financial services manager, clearly explained the wide variety of financing and promotional offers available. I was satisfied that she gave good advice about what options were needed and which were worth the extra investment. There was no pressure to select options I didn't need. Brenden was the support specialist who provided technical training on delivery day. He efficiently and patiently explained all the screens and accessories, connected my mobile phone and adjusted the settings and displays. It was a very effective way of learning an immense amount of essential information.
