Quality service at Lexus of London Was into the dealer for service a week ago to get my summer tires on as well as winter fall out remover. I was impressed with the way everything was handled...from the service loaner vehicle to the actual services performed. My RX always feels like new again after it's been in for service. Excellent Dealer in all aspect! I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortabl I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortable my loaner vehicle had been. Sue told me she thought we could get a great deal on a new 2018 NX300h and I told her I would think about it. After exchanging a couple of e-mails she arranged a test drive for me and then worked with Allan Calvert to give me a great deal on the new car and the details were finalized. This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of London and each time they have been easy to deal with and provided excellent service. I have also had all my vehicles serviced at Lexus of London and found their service comprehensive, high quality, knowledgeable and caring to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
