A super fellow who gave us as much time as we needed with so much patience when helping us with our choice. We feel he went over and above in the treatment we received. We do have one issue but will talk in person to Rick when we meet up with him for our first service. We were introduced to Alan Calvert and the same is to be said for Alan, and then once we were ready to pick up our Lexus we were introduced to Natalie Marsh who was able to explain in full detail all the technical inclusions of our vehicle; she was amazing and nothing being too much trouble for her to explain. We felt as though these people were not just selling vehicles, but wanting to make sure their clients were happy and able to come back at any time, whether just to say hi and share in a coffee with them or to have their vehicle taken care of in the future.
