Outstanding level of service On our recent visit to have a dash cam installed in our RX350 we once again received a level of service above our exception. We had the use of a "loan On our recent visit to have a dash cam installed in our RX350 we once again received a level of service above our exception. We had the use of a "loaner" vehicle for the entire duration of the installation and when the work took longer than estimated our car was delivered to our home and the loaner picked up the following day. The Best Service Department Since I became a Lexus driver about 8 years ago, I have used the Lexus of London service department. The Service staff are top notich - knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, quick (but not in a rush). They greet you by name and without being 'gushy', they can't do enough for you. Our Lexus Experience We live 7 hours away from the dealership. Rick worked very hard in meeting our request for availability, information and pricing.
