Appreciation I felt like a person as I entered the building. I was met by a young gentleman, who asked my purpose of the visit and if he would be able to assist me I felt like a person as I entered the building. I was met by a young gentleman, who asked my purpose of the visit and if he would be able to assist me in anyway. My visit only escalated after I was introduced me to Kevin Gittens. Kevin made me feel at home right away and put me at ease, feeling I was in knowledgeable hands. I was offered a demo in two different models, which I deferred for a couple of weeks due to time constraints. Kevin printed off the stats for the two pertinent models, garnered my information, ID, licence and contact numbers and promised to keep me informed in the year ahead, as I will not be purchasing until October 2020. A totally great experience. More

One, the car quality is always exceptional, and Two, the service is spectacular. And yesterday was no exception. Both Tom and Nathan made getting my new LC500 a pleasure. Tom makes buying easy, and Nathan spent over an hour showing me all that I needed to know about my new car, connecting my phone and setting up the SOS service, etc. Very patient. Thank you.
