Working with Lisa Ali was a pleasure, despite the interruptions caused by the office renovations. She was patient with me and knowledgeable about the car and I felt very comfortable making a deal wi interruptions caused by the office renovations. Low score for speed of transaction because of the office renovations. Low score for home delivery because it was not even offered to me and I had to take an Uber to pick up the car. Low score on trade-in because the price offered to me was a bit insulting. Everything else is 5/5 More
