I bought a Lexus from this dealership & my the experience was great BUT the experience with Jordan Skellett (my rep) was 100% INCREDIBLE! They bent over backwards and even delivered the car to me in Toron was great BUT the experience with Jordan Skellett (my rep) was 100% INCREDIBLE! They bent over backwards and even delivered the car to me in Toronto (I live east of the GTA) AND left me with a full tank of gas! Jordon was never pushy, working with me from the very start to get a FAIR negotiation for this deal. We are shopping for a car for my kid as she heads off to school, and it's the first time in my life I start with a dealership that is 3 hours away from where I live :). I want to share with you what really impressed me. When we got the car, there were all kinds of little trinkets that someone just didn't toss in there as a turnkey thank you... thoughtful ones. They literally map to everything Jordon and I talked about over the course of our dealings: * How my Dad is sponsored by Sqairz golf (he is 87). What do I see? Some tees, a hat, and a towel with a "For your Dad note". * We talked about how my kid rides horses and that's where we are in the summer and I can't wait to drive separate from them in my new car, but in the end I sit on 'scratchy' grass for hours watching a sport where you wait 99% of the time and see about 10 minutes of anything amusing (sorry horse people). What do I see? A Lexus blanket and a note "Something to sit on when you're watching the horses". * How I'm going to make my kid wash this car in the summer to pay for her insurance ... and .. a note with car cleaning supplies "For Chloe to wash your car". Look, price, & proximity separate the possibles from the probables when it comes to figuring out where I'm going to buy a car. I've had BMWs and Mercedes ... but my Lexus experience made me feel special. It's not just that they wanted my business (of course they do) but the team at Lexus London wanted to EARN it ... and so they did ... for what could be life. I guess I got the Jordon Lexus experience which is better than just a Lexus experience. I feel bad for other car dealerships because how will they ever live up to this experience. With all my admiration for this dealership and Jordon, I'm still not driving 3 hours for an oil change ... but I thought about it :). P.S. I'll note that I had one tiny thing surface that wasn't quite my expectation... during our near-perfect transaction; the team was all over it and fixed it. That, I think, speaks to the management team backing the sales team at this dealership. More
