Tire change Came in to have my tires changed out to winter tires from my all-seasons. Ashlee went above and beyond any experience I have previously encountered in that, moments before my arrival, sh my service experience was excellent! Ashlee went above and beyond any experience I have previously encountered in that, moments before my arrival, she reached out to offer me the use of a loaner car for the duration of my service. This was really appreciated as it was not requested, and therefore, was totally unexpected, but very much appreciated. She greeted me at the door and had all of my paperwork completed and ready to get me on my way as early as I needed. As we were conducting our paperwork, she recommended the spa services and also offered me lunch on the house if I had time. When I returned, I was extremely pleased that my car was ready on time and cleaned to my satisfaction, as timing on that day was critical for me. She further followed up with an email the following morning to ensure I was satisfied. I honestly could not have asked for anything more out of this whole experience and I hope that Ashlee is scheduled to handle my service again in the future! Platinum standard of excellence!!!! More
