Fabulous customer service at Lexus South Point I had the unfortunate experience of my Lexus having a malfunction on a very busy street and -27 weather in rush hour evening traffic. My cell phone ba I had the unfortunate experience of my Lexus having a malfunction on a very busy street and -27 weather in rush hour evening traffic. My cell phone battery was low. I called Lexus South Point and the receptionist - Sue - connected me to Lexus Road Side Assistance (she also called and left a message to confirm that the tow truck was dispatched). A tow truck was immediately dispatched to my location, I had also been able to reach my husband for him to meet me. I arranged to meet with the tow truck driver at South Point. Upon arrival I went inside to inform them that my vehicle was being towed. This was at 5:45 p.m., the dealership was closing for the evening however there was one person - Paula - who took all my information, told me that the following day was her day off but she would be in the next morning to look after arranging a replacement vehicle until mine was repaired. Paula was indeed in at the time she promised, and the entire process was a smooth and uncompromising customer service experience. More
