My wife and I were so impressed and had gained such a strong trust for Tom that my wife also chose to purchase her new Toyota Corolla from Tom. Then, when my new Lexus was ready for pick up, to my surprise, I was invited to spend more than one hour with Josie Allen who walked me through all of the details of every aspect of my Lexus' many electronic tools and options. Frustrated I visited other Lexus dealerships but it was Farzad who reached out to address my needs. He was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable...a true gentleman. I decided to hold off on my purchase at the time but knew that when I did decide to make a purchase, I wanted to give him a shot. I wasn't disappointed.
